All of Polly Collins pieces are sent via a tracked and signed service in order to keep track of your items. We will email you to alert you of dispatch and provide you with the tracking number. The price of an item does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as quoted on our site when you checkout.
All orders are made and posted within two weeks and are expected within 3 working days after postage. Items shipped to Europe are expected within 5-10 working days, and 8-28 working days for the rest of the world.
All products remain our property until full payment is made and item has been dispatched. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
All Polly Collins pieces are handmade and unique. When you order from the online shop the piece you receive will be slightly different from the photo. However, if after receiving your jewellery you are unhappy with it, for whatever reason, we will exchange or refund your money if you inform Polly Collins within 28 days after the date of delivery.
All returned items must be returned to Polly Collins in good condition, of which we shall be the sole judge, and within their original packaging. Refunds will be paid within 28 days after receiving the returned items. Please note that the initial postage and packaging charge is non-refundable for any unsuitable items.
Damaged and/or defective items (through no fault or your own wearing or use) will be repaired or replaced or refunded. Polly Collins must be informed within 7 days after delivery of any damaged and/or defective items. Refunds will be paid within 28 days after receiving the returned items.
